The gentle care is excellent. Sometimes treatment (i.e. transfusions) could be speeded up.

I'm happy generally with everything here at Haematology.
The staff and nurses are always very good, efficient and polite.
It's quite a personal touch, and I'm always made to feel welcome and relaxed.
Lesley runs a tight organised dept.

Despite all the different transfusion to be fitted the nurses are always in control and ably led by the nurse in charge of the ward.
